Dizzy?
Have any of you ever just gotten a bout of dizziness? I was teaching today and had to grab on to the desk because I felt like I was going down. Luckly I didnt but it was pretty scary. Is this normal?

Yes i do get dizzy sometimes, i will be walking and then I have to stop and hold onto something. Or if I get up too fast or look up at a wrong angle. stinks.

same here...are you girls anemic? They told me I was borderline.. which i think might slightly have something to do with this.. plus the fact that our hormones are all out of wack

Yes anemic too. I can not even look think or take an iron pill right now. I am trying to boost myself with diet right now, and hopefully when the MS passes i can add the iron

aww...have a broccoli quiche for dinner to boost that iron! I also read today something about nettle leaf tea high in iron.. i think it was in my pregnancy email update or something. I wonder if it tastes good hehe
