can you tape (vhs) something off your DVR?

is there a way to tape something that I have recorded onto my dvr?

We often dump stuff from the DVR to a DVD. Especially when we had the smaller drive on our older DVR.

There should be outputs on the back of the DVR. One set of wires goes to the TV. You should have three sets of plugs (Red, White and Yellow) that can go from the DVR to the VCR. You may also be able to use a coax (cable) wire from the DVR to the VCR.

DVD recorders aren't that expensive. Much easier than dealing with VCR tapes....
