Sugar before sonogram?
I have my Level II on Friday morning. I was wondering if I should eat a piece of candy or have a cup of soda to get the baby active before I go in. I've heard that it helps get the baby moving so he/she cooperates.

The 3D sono place told me to drink OJ about an hour before to get the baby moving. I plan on doing that for my Level II in a few weeks as well. Can't hurt!!

My OB said that nothing really affects the baby to make him/her move. At 21 weeks, I didn't do anything and  moved so much they couldn't get all the pictures they needed and I had to go back the next week. I did nothing again and was a little calmer, but not much!

I drank OJ the morning of my sonogram and was moving around like crazy that I actually had to go back on another day.

I drank cream soda right before the Level 2 and cooperated. Not sure if it had anything to do with it.
The soda was yummy though
