Odd noise...it happened again
4/11-It happened again this morning except this time it sounded like it was coming from the wall outside the kitchen. best way I can describe the noise is it sounds like as if something is popping or crackling. Like as if you took a plastic bag and are crumbling it up or the sound pop rocks used to make but louder.
It was loud enough to wake me up at 5am this morning.
Should I be worried?
I keep hearing an odd noise coming from the small room area I have outside the bathroom.
At first it sounded like something dripping so I thought maybe shower was leaking or i didnt turn faucet off all the way or something.
but apparently its coming from the small room. I can't figure out if its coming from inside the wall or what but its scaring me into thinking it may be a creature

I would definitely contact the landlord.
Popping sounds from inside the calls can NOT be good.

In my old house, my family and I would hear crackling and crunching behind the kitchen walls. Turns out it was rats, and my cat earned his keep by hunting most of them down. He was pretty good at keeping the area relatively mess free.

so I called the super he said he doubts its pipes because there arent pipes in that wall and if it was coming from ceiling maybe it was person above me or the trash compactor pressing the garbage (one small room is other side of that but this time the noise was in the area outside my kitchen. i told him would that it didnt make sense for where it was coming from this morning because make it come from the wall in front of the kitchen that how could it be the compactor.
