need restauraunt recommendation
in the theater district. some place reasonably priced preferably italian Going to see wicked AGIAN so its on 51st i think high 40's is best.TIA

We just went to Scarlatto last night. I thought it was pretty good, reasonable, etc. Not very touristy at all.

I like Basilica on 9th between 46th and 47th. The Hourglass Tavern on 46th between 8th and 9th has good food at a great price for the area.
Sofia's on 46th between Broadway and 8th.
Becco on 46th between 8th and 9th.
Amorone (sp?) on 9th between 47th and 48th.
My favorite place is Rachel's on 9th between 43rd and 44th, but it is not Italian although they do have a great ravioli in truffle cream sauce.
