The Artful Dodger in Huntington Village
I haven't been there since it was the old school dodger..the original. then when it changed to "The Bar" I was never there. They recently redid it again and changed it back to the Artful Dodger and whoa. I wans't ready for the change. At all.
When I first walked up I wasn't sure about the whole garage door thing lol. I was lost.
And beer prices def went up too lol.
However they did have glass bottles of water..
Cute place though. Still very small

None of those bars are the way that they were...
For some reason it was so much more fun when we were underage...

If you;re from Huntington, the "place to be" was always Chrstophers and Finleys (or Garvins) since it was owned by a Huntingtonian, so we always gave all our business there. The "out of towners" went to Rose & Thistle and Dodger and most Huntngton peeps hates those places

I dont entirely agree...I was born and bred Huntington...
We basically bopped all over the place...we knew everyone!!! We pretty much stayed where ever we could get the drunkest for the cheapest. Or if someone was shacking up with a bouncer or bartender that was where we were...

Blue Eyed Soul was the band that played at New York Ave every thursday night....I ran into the lead singer not too long ago.

I remember going to Salty Dog to see Sweet Sensation.
I will even go as far back to say that I remember before Heartbounds, it was called Sunshines. My fake ID was turned down there many times...I was 16

I remember them! they were awesome - used to go see them all the time at NY Ave!! I was a Rosebud's regular, too!
Rosebuds was the first bar I ever went too...I didnt know the names of drinks except a Fuzzy Navel!!!
