What to wear???
So I fly to NY next week from LA and since I am sharing a suitcase with my DD and she gets a majority of the room I need to know what to pack.
ok- weather in the 50's- is everyone still wearing boots, heavy jackets, winter coats for kids etc??? I am trying to picture 50 degrees but having a tough time.

i am still wearing mostly winter stuff but i am always cold. long sleeved shirts, pants and a fairly warm jacket should be enough. i always layer as much as possible.

I'm still in jeans and long sleeved shirts...with a sweater or sweatshirt at night. And a coat.

It's pretty much regular winter clothes. I wore my winter coat with gloves today (but I think today is 40s instead of 50s).

Thanks! I probably wouldn't have brought our winter stuff if I hadn't posted so thanks!!!!
Great- now how do I pack our winter clothes and her crap all in one suitcase without paying extra  There is no way I can carry two bags, a carseat, my diaper bag, a stroller and a 15month old.

Totally winter clothes! 
I can't even imagine wearing anything even remotely spring like with the way the weather has been.
Yesterday there was frost on my car in the morning!

Pack up your bag as you normally would and also pack a duffel bag in the suitcase, in case you do go over (and some cashola to the guy doesn't work).
