I'm so glad it had this outcome.
How sad is this:
"Jim Shank, 54, works two jobs and divorced his wife so she'd receive more money from Medicaid."
Sad that they were pushed to this in order to receive help.

I know you're not. What's sad is that my mom's childhood friend had to divorce her second husband to get medicaid as well. It's more common than you think.
What really gets me is that the lawyer took almost 60%?
