for us it is $5 a month but I believe that cablevision's rates are different in different areas of Long Island. It definitely used to be that way.

They don't charge extra for HD.
All receivers are $5 + tax.

 that's freakin nuts!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! almost $200 a year for another HD DVR box

Looks like theirs 3 boxes.. One regular one HD and the other is the HD DVR receiver.
