Constant movement?
I'm a little past 26 weeks and I just read in two books that I should be feeling the baby "moving constantly" by now.
But while I feel regularly, it's definitely not constant. I mean, I'll go an hour or sometimes two without really noticing her but then there'll be a bunch of activity (especially after eating something sweet).
Am I just being overly worried and paranoid? Ugh...sometimes I hate all the "information" right at my fingertips. Sometimes it just makes me worried...but is there any reason you think I should be concerned?

Re: Constant movement?
I take constantly to mean, consistently throughout the day. Not every minute.
I would only be worried if you went an entire day at this point w/ little or no movement.
Your doctor will tell you when to "count the kicks". By that it's usually guaged how often you feel within an hour. I think they look to see 10 distinct movements w/in the hour and that's not until 30 weeks.
Don't worry!! I'm at the same point as you and I'll go an hour or two w/o noticing
. Then all of a sudden it's like karate chop time!

ITA with everything!
I'll be 27 weeks tomorrow. And I know I feel regularly through out the day. "Constant" is a strong word and should be dropped down a few degrees. I would go more with frequently.
Plus I'm sure you may have noticed the baby has a bit of a schedule now. At least I have. He has certain points throughout the day where he really gets busy. And then other parts where I won't feel anything for a while.

Re: Constant movement?
I'm 33 weeks and I still don't feel constantly! That's because I move around a lot and probably don't pay attention. I wouldn't say that I got 4 or 5 hours without feeling him and at night he's kicking full force for at least an hour! ITA with everyone else...as long as you don't go a whole day...you are okay!
