Had my first shot last night
Hi, ladies,
Well, I did it!! DH gave me my first shot of Gonal-F last night. I did fine with the shot itself-didn't feel a thing. But afterwards, I lost it a little bit. Started crying thinking about how cold & clinical this all is and making a baby is not supposed to feel like this. DH was very good and took care of me. I think I just needed to let some emotions out. Didn't get much sleep last night-I brought on an anxiety attack worrying about the medication. I really have to learn how to relax, huh? It's never been one of my strong points, unfortunately
