I use awesome a lot.
It depends, I get locked onto a word and use it often and then onto the next word.
I use "that's effed" a lot too...
Do you say "that's effed", or do you say the non-LIF friendly, unedited version?

I don't know if I have one word in particular, but I have noticed that I'll use the same word often in a sentence when I'm trying to make a point.
After a while I'll stop and think to myself "stop using that word!!!!" 
I drive myself nuts!!!
