Do you think it is too late to complain...

Or even should I bother. We had a very bad experience at the Maine Maid Inn yesterday. I really want to email them but do you think it is too late to now? I think the person we had the problem with was the manager.Chat Icon Chat Icon

doesn't hurt to try---i've done that before. gone to a restaurant and then wrote a letter later---and you'd be surprised at the reaction.

i remember years ago my family had a terrible experience at a Bennigan's -- and i kid you not after i sent a letter i received like $200 in gift certificates and loads of apologies.

(i think we used the GCs and never went to a bennigan's again)
