ugh... what food? what sleep?
I want sleep more than food, but I can't breathe and now I'm all stuffed up and icky mucus in my throat that wont move cause I'm stuffed up and can't breathe.
I have finally come to robitussim to get sleep.
along with a humidifier, nose spray and vicks on my chest.
Then when i'm awake and I get hungry .. NOTHING seems appealing but watermelon which I can't seem to get
Still I eat but am full SOOOO fast!
so how am i supposed to be healthy for my kid when all I do is drink water, pee, blow my nose raw and sip soup?
ugh
Sorry guys... just venting really
ETA : Last night I hate half of a large Mash Potatoes for KFC.. ... FOR DINNER!!!! That can't be right!

Try some lentil soup. It's really good good for you. It will give you a lot of the nutrients that you need, and hopefully not upset your stomach.
Tomato based soups are great too.

Don't worry too much about what you are eating, do the best you can. The baby will take whatever it needs first, your body get the rest. I had a rough time b/c I had really bad heartburn the whole pregnancy. I just tried to keep taking my vitamins and getting some milk and fruit in.

Ahh, you have what I had last week!
I took Tylenol Cold during the day and Tylenol PM at night to help me sleep.
I didn't want soup at all. I really wanted Chinese, but didn't get that either.
I started to feel better each day, so just hang in there, drink as much fluids as you can and get your rest. That's really the best you can do!
Little one will hang in there! Be strong!
