Mine started at the very beginning of the 2nd trimester. Like clockwork! On the first day of the 2nd trimester there it was! Blazin'. I have found Mylanta to be the only thing that works for me.

30 weeks, but I only get it bad if I eat before bed and then lay down.

i think i got heartburn at around 20 weeks or so.. and im 28 weeks now and tums sorta help- the smoothies ones are the best... and a tall glass of cold milk helps best for me. Keep those in mind if and when you get heartburn! goodluck!

i had it in the 1st trimester and for awhile i was getting it every nite, then dr told me to try pepcid complete which helped alot better than the tums. that it went away, and i would only get it here and there. now i am like 23 wks and i am getting again during the nite for the past few nites again, grr! the pepcid usually works for me, with the exception of last nite for some reason!

I had it all the time in the first trimester but it almost fully went away in the second. We'll see what happens now in my third!

It started and was really bad around 16-18 weeks but in the past couple of weeks (I'm 25 weeks now) it hasn't been too bad at all. So I'm hoping it stays that way!

Occasionally in my 2nd trimester I got it. At around 28/29 weeks it got BAD at night and as soon as I lay down.

On and off the whole pregnancy.
If I eat something tomato based 2 days in a row it seems like I suffer for the next 5 days.
Tums smoothies are the best!

beginning of 2nd trimester which is recent bc im 17wks...torture but i had acid reflux before pregnancy so im used to it....doesnt make it any better though

I already had acid reflux, but the tums really stopped working once I hit the 2nd trimester. My GI doctor put me on zantac, but that wasn't working that well either, so now I'm back on my Nexium - heaven! Now at 31 weeks, I am getting heartburn/reflux attacks at night, so tums are still my friend
