our trip to L&D
I have not been around for awhile. I have been getting my classes ready for my leave, which started with the last day of school before Easter break (Wednesday). I guess I really won't have much time before the big day, because at 5am this morning my water broke!
I called my dr and was told to go to L&D at St. Charles since a dr from my office and a NP/Midwife were there with another patient to be monitored. All went well. The baby is really big, still VERY high, I am not really dilated, and have not had any contractions. So, if nothing changes, I will be having a c-section in the morning. I cannot believe this. It seems like so many events in my life have been bittersweet. Even though we are excited I will be thinking about baby Rogan.
