Ticketmaster, has this happened to anyone else?
I got charged twice, with two different order numbers, for tickets online.
I tried to purchase tickets the first time, but it timed out and I got an error message. I did it again and it went through successfully.
Yet, I got two emails with two different order numbers. They went ahead and charged me for the failed order.
Has this happened to anyone? Are they going to refund me? I'm so mad.

I would say call them and straighten it out. That happened to me with Bruce Springsteen tickets. I ended up keeping both sets and just sold one.

Since I just checked my email and found out about it, I sent them a message.
I will call them tomorrow too.
I hope they refund me. The event is on Sunday and I don't have time to sell the tix.
