SON OF A NUTCRACKER!
We are leaving for Florida tonight. We were just going to drop the dog off (at my parents) and I was like hmmm let me check the flights....
Our flight is delayed..
9:05 flight will leave at 11:30

Yup! My Dad is flying down to visit me this weekend (NC) and His flight out of JFK was delayed 1 hour...they said b/c of the wind

2. That sux about your flight but eventually you will be in sunny warm Florida, so I don't feel THAT bad for you.

I would call and double check.
My BIL had the same problem a couple of weeks ago and it ended up it wasn't as delayed as they first reported

Just got to the condo!!!! Flight didn't leave till after midnight! Flight landed at 3:10 by the time we got bagage (ours was the first piece off) got in the cab and go to the condo (5 minutes away) its 4 am.  Almost 24 hours. I had to leave for work at 6 am

OH YA we had entertainment in NY though. We went to the bar since we were there for 3 hours.... Some lady was there Drunk really REALLY bad.
Some kid came in and she goes up to him and starts dancing with him like what we would call grinding back in the day He is like Pardon me ma'am... you got it all wrong this is resturant not a club..SHe is like NO THIS IS A CLUB
Then she was sitting next to us saying over and over my husband was gorgeous I seriously almost pimp...
Then she gets up and is talking to random people she ate someones food (the waitress right away got them new food)
They wound up having to call the port authority police (7 of them came) to escort her out. She was from Ohio and apparently her flight was cancelled and had no where to go.. They told her she had to leave the bar.
