I have to go see a nutritionist

I went to the docs office the other day and I gained too much weight already I quit smoking so this is hard for me this happened with my last daughter I quit smoking and at the end of the pregnancy I gained 50lbs after I had her 2 mnths later I lost most of it Im hoping the same will happen with this one !! Im just so depressed about it I know I did a good thing but why do I feel so bad?

oh man im sorry ....quitting smoking is such an accomplishment but its so hard bc u pick up other bad habits.....maybe the nutrionist will be a good thing....try to stay positive

ITA! maybe this could also help for after you have the baby too. Since you will be smoke free, a little extra help to keep you healthy won't hurt!
many congrats on quitting smoking, that is HUGE!

Try not to think of it as a bad thing! you are beating the smoking habit and soon you will learn to eat great too. think of how healthy you will be for baby and yourself!
