Losing Weight & Fashion
At what point do you finally "toss" your fat clothes?
I have lost 1/2 of the 80 lbs I gained with both pregnancies. I know they say don't keep fat clothes because then you will gain weight, but at what point are the clothes too big?
For example: I have a few pairs of jeans that are a size bigger than I am. They fit ok. Very lose around the waist but comfy.
Do I keep them or toss them so I do not feel the urge to wear them?

CONGRATS on the weight loss!! I say toss em and buy new ones!!!
or get the waist taken in if they are that comfy...
Embrace your skinniness with smaller clothes!!

Re: Losing Weight & Fashion
When I got back down to a size 10 after 6 years in college and after of getting to a high of size 16 I decided to get rid of anything over size 10 that way I couldnt be tempted to overindindulge since I has "fat clothes"
I only kept 1 pair of NY&co jeans in size 12 for my PMS week where the 10's get uncomfortable

did you get rid of the clothes as you went down a size or did you hold on to them?
Right now I am wearing 14's but have lots of 16's. They fit but you can tell they are a little big and there is extra room around the tummy/butt/thighs.
Should I keep them or should I just move on and only wear my 14's until they are the same way?

Re: Losing Weight & Fashion
I would keep them until the 14's get too big.
I like to keep the one size bigger even this way I do have clothes and don't need to buy everything in the size down. I hate buying clothes when losing weight and having them last for 2 months.
But one you hit goal toss them all! (Maybe save a pair or 2 of pants for PMS days.
Congrats on the loss :)
