Conviction in the Nixmary Brown case
Her, step father, Cesar Rodriguez, was convicted of first degree manslaughter.
Manslaughter? The man was a murderer. Justice was not served. I know there are degrees. I know there are criteria for murder. I dont really care.
May she continue to rest in peace.

I hope this POS gets his in prison. IMHO,I hope there is a special kind of He!! for people who abuse and murder children.

The mother (I use that term VERY loosely) is next to go on trial.
My heart is hurting over this and memories of the Lisa Steinberg casewill always haunt me. This wasn't supposed to happen

Murder and manslaughter differ by mens Rea. My first law professor hated me so I had to study extra hard for my A. Mens Rea is the state of mind of the accused. In this a$$hats case it is more likely manslaughter because he was also committing other crimes which led to her murder. The murder was not his direct intention, just the end result. 
Not that it matters, but I thought I would explain it.

I hope he suffers every day in jail lke that beautiful girl suffered every day of her life....
hence to the spinoff of are there bad moms---yup......there sure are...
pieces of ****...
a mom will throw her body over her child to protect them.

This makes me wish I knew people in prison - I'd love to tip them off as to who their new neighbor will be. Though odds are they will know. He won't last long.
