What is this feeling??
ok so for the past week or so I have been feeling "waves" in my stomach....flutters but not fast ones more like slow waves...could it be the baby?....I feel it about 2-3 times a day now....
I'll be 15 weeks tomorrow....

Sounds like flutters/bubbles/waves from the baby!
So fun!! Enjoy it 
I felt my first flutter at 15 weeks too. I didn't actually feel my first "kick" till I was 22 weeks.
