I just have to let everyone about Senokot....I was so constipated earlier in my PG, until the Dr. reccomended this. Now I am 29 weeks and have no potty issues anymore!!
It is a natural vegetable stool softener and I haven't been constipated since I began taking it! You can take it everyday..completely safe.

You need to try Ferro Sequel. It's an iron pill with a stool softener also. So it helps to prevent constipation. With DD I took Slo Fe and I had so many problems. This time around I've only had a couple of constipation problems.

I am on an Rx iron supplement recommended by a gastric surgeon. I have different needs than others do.
