Powerpoint experts....
DH says he thinks you can display the notes pages on the computer screen without it being seen on the projector screen. Anyone know if this can be done and/or how to do it?
ETS: I know this can work with two monitors but can it work with just the laptop and the projector?

Re: Powerpoint experts....
the projector should count as a monitor so it should be the same set up if you had 2 monitors... I have office 2k7..if you have 2003, they are different ways of doing it

Re: Powerpoint experts....
Yes..its presenter view... You tired this on a laptop with a projector hooked up to it? or you tried with two monitors?
They need to be seperate displays..some video cards will mirror the 1st monitor...some will stretch the 1st monitor to fill both...

Re: Powerpoint experts....
Once you click show presenter view, the box above that will have a drop down asking you which display you want the presentation to be on...
On your end, you will see the side, notes and something else. You will be able to adjust the size, etc.. of the screen. On the 2nd monitor, you will see the presentation like your normally will..

Re: Powerpoint experts....
I know that it can be done, but don't know how to set it up. let me play around for a few minutes.
Nope, can't figure it out without two monitors.
