Churchills or Croxleys for food (in RVC)?
DH and I are on long island for a mini getaway..we are going on a much needed date night tonight adn looking for a place with great burgers and beers..
I've been to both but cannot remember which is better...any opinions?? TIA!

Really? We are def the type of couple to grab drinks and dinner at a pub. I actually prefer that to most restaurants. Unless it isn't really a restaurant anymore and strictly a bar...

I wouldn't know... haven't been there in a loooooong time. they have a website with a photo gallery, but i wasn't able to view the pics for some reason.

you sound like me and DH! in fact, we're going to our favrote pub in the city tonight for some eats.
Food-wise, I would go with Churchill's.

Churchills - hands down.
Then when you're finished go over to Croxleys for a pint. The beer is good, but the food not so much.

Churchhills is nicer, but I love the fries at Croxleys...then again, I've only nibbled on bar food at either place, never sat down for dinner.
