Anyone having problems..
with their IO box. On our DVR box we cannot access the channel guide or any of the interactive features. It's fine on our other box. It's been going on for a little while now.
Anyone else having problems?

We have been having this problem on and off for about 2 weeks.
Sometimes we just turn the box off for a while (15-30 minutes) and then try it again.
I think there was another night that my DH unplugged the box and it worked after it rebooted itself
