The guy who hit my car...
Is going to court to try to change his story and say I was at blame. ***...we told the cop the story...it's in the police report and now he wants to say he forgot to say he had his blinker on and I went faster in my lane to block him....ALL LIES.
Do you think they will really let him change his story after the fact. It's all lies, he just smashed right into me as I was driving. I think that cop will fight him tooth and nail. You agree? Now i have to wait longer to get my car fixed.
There are such crappy people out there!

BTW, I was in a similar situation and the judge laughed at her when she tried to reneg her story.

I dont think you can change a police report. Sometimes I wonder if people actually think before they do things. IF changing police reports were possible--people would try to do it all the time for the stupidest things.

No, didnt have to do this. The police just wrote the report and the insurance company has a copy.

I know seems so crazy....he forgot to tell the cop he put on his blinker and that i speeded up...what a jerk!

I'm just checking GA laws - in NY, there can be (and there usually are) percentages of fault... in FL, it's up to the officer - if he writes MV2 is at fault, their ins co pays.
