Has anyone had a microdermabrasion facial?
This is called the "Libra Microdermabrasion".
Has anyone had one of these? Did you like it?
What can I expect? Thoughts/info on this?
I have a GC for a regular facial which I used yesterday and the standard facial was great - I went straight from work... very calming. Then, I have a balance and I asked what I could get done and she mentioned that type of facial and I have the money left on my GC for it.

Yes....as far as Microdermabrasion goes I think you have to get several treatments to see a good result. But, that's pretty much how all facials go....

ITA
Look into the other possibilities and see what is best for your skin. There are TONS of new treatments out there today.

It really depends on your skin.
I have VERY sensitive skin so I need the "lightest" version of the setting on the machine.

i have and my skin was so smooth after having it done. You should start with the treatments now before the summer hits b/c its not good to have that and be exposed to too much sun.

I had one. I didn't love it. My skin felt nice & smooth but the experience was no fun. Imagine your face being rubbed with sandpaper, or a cat licking your face. Thats what it felt like. I had no desire to do it again, and they say it takes 5-6 times to maximize results.
I much prefer my seaweed facials - I want to relax at the spa, not be uncomfortable.

Don't know about that one but I have had a micro derm and I LOVED IT! Made my skin so smooth I actually had about 6 treatments before my wedding

My friend just had one and she loooooved it. I like at home microdermabrasion, so I would try a spa version.
