I know that Enterprise rents them with the car, as an option. You could always contact them and see if you can rent it without the car.

Or just buy a used one on craigslist, use it, then sell it off to someone else.
Will be far cheaper than renting one.

andrea you can borrow mine. i got it for christmas and never use it. the baby will be here any day and not planning any road trips. when do you need it for? i also have a car charger for it. very easy to use.

Wow, how incredibly nice of you to offer!
I actually mentioned that I needed one for this trip to a bunch of people & no one offered theirs to borrow. I would never normally need a GPS, but I may be driving to the city of Boston alone w/ a 2 year old (DH may not be able to go). I hate driving in Boston, esp. if DD is whining & crying in the back . I will let you know if DH decides to go or not, I may take you up on the offer Corinne, thanks for being so generous.

DH just ordered one last night through Target.com..He got the one he wanted and was even extra excited because it was on sale.

online, gps can be has for 100-150...
i would borrow one or if you knwo where your going, print out directions or use a map like the good ole days
