Help!!
I want to get photo editing software but I'm not sure which one is the best.
These are the ones I've looked at
PrintShop deluxe
Roxio EasyMediaCreator
Adobe Photo Shop
Can anyone tell me which one of these are the best and why? Also if there are others.

I love Photoshop... but i can't compare it to the rest since I haven't used the others you listed.

GIMP does pretty much everything that PhotoShop does, but it is 100% FREE!!!!
Hard to get better than that. Try it out. If you don't like it, all you wasted was a few minutes of your time. If you like it, you've saved a few hundred dollars.
