Dinner suggestions, please!!
preferably something that'll get me going if you know what I mean.
I've been a little backed up lately.
I was thinking tacos . . .
any other easy din-din suggestions?

Re: Dinner suggestions, please!!
here's my speudo-mexican dish it's enough food for 3 meals each for 2 people. It only takes 25 min to make, and requires 1 frying pan, and one serving bowl. Best of all, it's very healthy and the fiber and beans will keep things moving
2 packs sliced mushrooms one giant onion diced 3 large peppers chopped coarsely 1 16 oz can kidney or black beans drained 1 pack (1-1.3 lbs) ground sirloin or tound turkey
1 small can (under 10 oz) plain tomato sauce 2T ground cumin 1T ground corriander 1T chili powder cayenne to taste 1/4 t smoked paprika (if you have it) salt and pepper olive or canola oil
1 pack shredded low-fat cheddar
Fry mushrooms in hot hot pan with oil. when cooked, transfer to serving bowl. then add onion... transfer to same serving bowl. Then add pepper, transfer to same bowl. then add more oil, and add beans. when skin gets a bit crispy, transfer to bowl. Then add meat and spices. Break up meat while cooking. When meat is 3/4 cooked, add tomato sauce. After 3-5 min of simmering in sauce, transfer to bowl. Add cheese to bowl, and toss well.
super yummy with yellow tortilla chips and some guac....

I'm making meatloaf. There is no reading my bowels. They go when they feel like it. Chili may do the trick if you're a sissy like that. Or maybe cabbage soup. Ummmm also something rancid will help.

If need be, take some colace before bed.
