What in the world is going on!
my face is erupting!
I have 5 known blemishes camped out on my face.
I MUST take pics for my new passport. but I refuse to do it looking like this.
I don't even want to leave my house.
I can't wear makeup b/c I don't know *** is wrong with my skin.
can I be getting adult onset acne?!

check out your diet. cheese/dairy for me equals chin/jawline breakout like clockwork. I had 2 slices of pizza for dinner last week, and of course, I had 3 deep ones on my chin 2 days later that are finally going away. I love cheese, so sometimes I say whatever and indulge, but I use soy products now and am totally clear. Sometimes it's more than what you think. I also take hair, skin, nail vitamins. GNC has a good brand. I also only wear powder, not liquid makeup. I use Physician's Formula. good luck! Drink tons of water to flush out toxins...don't exercise in your makeup.

I tend to break out a lot too. I feel like I'm too old for this- but to be honest I never had acne as a teenager when everyone else did. I ended up getting pretty bad cystic acne at 23. My dermo cleared that up for me and it has never come back as bad as then- but I still find myself getting pimples from time to time.
I use ProActiv now as a preventative measure and it seems to work for me- but I know it doesnt work for everyone and yes, I still get the occasional pimple so nothing is fool proof.
I really think it's hormonal most of the time!
