For those of you who've done Clomid/IUI

Hi, guys,

Just wondering how this usually works since I keep seeing posts about ladies waiting for follicles to grow, etc.

I was on Clomid this week and have to start testing on Sunday with home ovulation tests twice a day. I am scheduled for an ultrasound on Tuesday in case I miss the line for any reason. Supposedly, they'll do IUI day after I get line.

Does it usually happen this way or is there a chance the Clomid didn't work and we won't be doing IUI this week?

My last cycle was 150mg clomid. I went for sono on CD12 and had 5 good follies, so I got the trigger Cd13 and IUI on CD14

In previous cycles, things have been different. When I was on 50mg, I took over 20 days to ovulate. When I was on 100, the first time I got a good follie around CD12-13, but the second time I was on 100mg, I didn't get any follies at all.
So its all about how well the dosage you are on works for you.

I guess I'll see what they say on Tuesday, which will be CD13 when I go for sono.
I was on 50mg Clomid; two pills per day.
