Thank you Fortunoffs
i bought patio furniture over the summer and soon after i received an automated phone call about every 2 weeks in re: sales/promotions. i called the corporate office and asked to be to be removed from the call list. 2 weeks later i received a letter apologizing for the inconvenience along w/ a gift card.
not sure of the amount but thought it was such a nice gesture.
