Then I stand corrected. It would appear that by virtue of it's stand alone yum is too lush to be wholesome. Cream is in fact decadant.
Milk - being to fragile to handle and unable to stand alone without an assist - is therefore wholesome.
ETA: If you can't stand the cream get out of the kitchen.
