I don't think she knows what to make of things yet... but she slowly getting the idea of a new baby.

olivia is starting to understand and keeps asking for the baby. i dont think she realized either. but we have been reading tons of books on big sister and i got her big sister dora doll so she give the baby a bottle and feeds them. good luck to you.
