Girls with IR
Does anyone know if you are IR, if you are more likely to get sick? Does it negatively affect your immunity?
My whole life, I have been very prone to getting sick (colds, viruses, etc.). I was wondering if this is related to my IR at all...

Insulin resistant? Hmmm don't know a ton about it but it's possible. I would google it, see what you come up with then ask your Dr.
