SO... i need a dress
It's my sister's 30th birthday party and she is taking over space in a club in Manhattan. So I don't know what to wear. Im looking for somethingi sexy and fun, but not slutty. I am also so over the all black look, so I want something colorful.
What do you think of these?
Also, any suggestions of places to look for dresses would be great. I checked out Macys, Bloomies, Arden B, smartbargains and overstock.

I love #1. I couldn't wear something that short, but if you are comfortable in it, go for it!!!
I like #1 better than #2 because I feel like the solid color makes the dress a little more sophisticated.

I don't love either dress, but mainly because they look to short to me. It's not that I don't like short dresses, but I am also 5'7 with very long legs so dresses like that make me looks like I "outgrew" the dress. I think if you are shorter, the dress would probably fall at the right place on your legs.

I have a dress like #1, and I like it, but it is so short I feel like some people may think it is a long shirt and not a dress. Just to warn you, these are VERY short (and I am only 5'4").

I LOVE that last dress from Fredericks- I could NEVER wear it though. Its soo cute!
