Yummy Restaurants not too expensive near 47th and 2nd Ave?

Around that neighborhood? We like Italian, Mexican, Burgers.... must be baby friendly too... TIA!

Mama Mexico is on 49th between 2nd and 3rd. I haven't been there in a while, but it was good. I love the guacamole that they prepare tableside. Pampano is also good.

how about amish market? 45th and 2nd. they've got a big seating area and a wide array of food to select from.

Oh, wait a minute, it's not! I just googled it and it seems to be open. I swear it closed down for a while!

Anyway, if ti's still there, it's really good. My post-college roommate and I used to go there all the time - pretty much because we could drink at the bar and eat all the chips and salsa we wanted for free. We were that broke! Chat Icon

yeah really! as of a month ago, it was alive and kicking... now whether it's baby friendly or not, i'd probably disagree (and this is from someone who lives in the city with a baby...)

ETA: as for baby friendly in the area, not to plug a chain but that's prob your best bet - there's an outback on 55th & 3rd that would work. when it's cold and no outdoor seating, not many in that area are great for babies...
