I had to take Midnight to the vet yesterday
He has an upper respiratory infection 
We have to give him 2 meds 2 times a day for 10 days.
Is this common in puppies?

Yes. It is very common for shelter pets to get colds. They are going through a transition period and it stresses out their bodies. I remember my cats getting sick when I brought them home.

Very common. At 8 months our shelter dog had kennel cough. And our 12 week old puppy from a breeder had a sniffle.

It is very common, especially for shelter dogs to have some illnesses in the beginning.
I hope Midnight feels better!

He is still coughing and sneezing but it sounds like he is fighting it. We have to go back to the vet in 10 days.
