I play around with it. I have altered photos at the requests of friends. I am willing to try. What would you like to do?
I have read about what you are doing and I think it's great. I certainly don't have the guts to shave my head!!

My idea (and not sure if April wants to do this exactly) was a shamrock, but the top leaves would be pink, suggesting that the shamrock had shaved his head.

This si what i was thinking, but make the border between the green and peach furry or fuzzy... and maybe use a shamnrock with a face.

Just a word of advice - Illustrator would be a better program to do this in as it is a vector based program. Meaning you'll be able to stretch or reduce the shamrock design without compromising the quality.
With Photoshop, it might compromise the quality of the design if you need to manipulate the work at all to fit the proportions of the T-shirt.
Let me know if you need any help as I work in Illustrator quite a bit.
