just out of curiosity....?? wondering how many women were or are and why...

I was put on bedrest at 23 weeks because my cervix is short.

I went on modified bedrest at 34 weeks due to preclampsia. I only had a mild case of preclampsia so I was allowed to do some things. I wasn't confined to bed.

I was on modified bedrest from week 35 to delivery due to thrombosed hemorrhoids  I worked from home and was able to do as much as I was comfortable with but that wasn't a whole lot unfortunately.

Bed rest was recommended to me early on, but I changed jobs & then did not need to go out until my last trimester. I had a complete previa and bled for almost my whole PG. The last month I was not allowed out of bed except to shower and use the bathroom.
