Something is wrong with Jedi
Okay girls i need some advice.
All night jedi has been off, like he's sick. But it's more than that. He can't get comfortable, he gets up and stands in that position like he has to throw up... but doesn't. Instead he sits there shaking.
He doesn't seem to want to be near me, which is unusual because even when he hasn't felt good in the past, he's been on top of me.
What could be wrong?
Jedi throws up all the time. But this is different. This has been going on for hours now.
Any ideas? I don't get scared easily, but this is making me nervous.

Re: Something is wrong with Jedi
i found this online and he has been doing this...
Crawling or dragging itself on it's behind usually means constipation or saturation in the anal glands, worms or an incipient abscess.
He also has been moving his tongue around in his mouth a lot or trying to swallow a lot.

I would take him to the emergency vet...you won't be able to take him to the regular vet until Monday and I wouldn't want to wait that long.

Re: Something is wrong with Jedi
you really think so?
I just took him outside and he peed. He also tried to poop and i think he's constipated. Only a tiny bit came out.

I would rather them find out what is going on...you could wait until tomorrow and see if he get better...but if not definitely take him tomorrow.

Re: Something is wrong with Jedi
Thanks! Jedi seems to be doing better than last night. He went poop a little bit this morning, so we're going to keep an eye on him and i'm going to call the vet this morning just to see what he has to say.

Can you hear any gurgling from his stomach? Is he showing any other signs of abdominal discomfort?
Good luck at the vet today & keep us posted

Any Jedi Updates?
Yeah he seems to be much better now! I really think he was extremely constipated and uncomfortable. I gave him something to help loosen his bowels, which seemed to help.
By the next afternoon he was back to himself.
Thanks for asking girls!
