Need help with estimates!
We are on the verge of purchasing a house in Mass. Park but it needs tons of work! Looking for price estimates if you have them!
1) All new windows (18 of them I believe)
2) New Siding
3) New kitchen (I am talking very simple style, wood cabinets, do not need top of the line things!)
4) 2 new bathrooms (again simple tiles, no need for marble or anything like that)
5) New furnace
Any advice is helpful!!!!!!!

I think the cost depends upon the square footage of the space you are re-doing. I would try to get the dimensions of the rooms and call some places.

I just priced out a kitchen that ran me about $10,000 (for just the cabinets and the countertop - not including labor).
Kitchen was decent... had nice cabinets (about $150 linear foot) and a Corian countertop with a molded sink.

we just got estimates in massapequa. siding 8-15,000 bathrooms 10-15,000. hope this helps
