a question about procedures
hi ladies, i have a quick question....
if you get an iui or ivf are you not supposed to lift or do anything strenous afterwards? this question is not for me its for a friend.

For IUI I was told I had no restrictions. I took it easy though for a day or two. I'm just starting IVF, and we were told in our class to take it easy with excercising, no running, heavy lifting, etc....

yes - they always recommend no heavy lifting following procedures.
