Spinoff to exercising

My midwife suggested going to the mall with a friend before it opens to go walking. I thought it was a great idea since you wont have to worry about weather and such. I plan on trying it out starting next saturday.

She said when I go I'll see elderly and preggos

Anyone else do this?

My grandma used to do this when we were little. We used to go and run laps while she walked. Chat Icon

Re: Spinoff to exercising

you definitely will see people there walking the mall.

Last time I was at the mall I was lapped like 5 times by the time I even made it to one end...I like to window shop in the stores I can't shop in right now!

I consider my lunch trips to Target excercise, I could never make it around the whole mall.

I never thought of this, but it sounds like a really good idea. I violently hate the mall, but maybe I wouldn't mind it at that hour. Now I want to check it out!

I can't go this saturday but I am planning to start this venture next saturday.

I called Macy's, they open at 9:00 so I'm assuming the mall should be open by 8:30. A half hour of brisk walking should be perfect exercise.

I'll let you know how it is!
