Photoshop assistance
(Please don't move to crafts! :) )
Really dumb question, but I downloaded a few freebies for digital scrapbooking and am a little perplexed. I think it's probably easier than I'm making it....
I downloaded a frame and a page background and am working in PS with the Shutterfly template open. How do I know the exact size I need my picture to be to put into the frame? Is it trial and error in a separate file in PS with Image Resizing? then copy and paste into the template page? Is there any way to know the dimensions of the frame that I downloaded or on the "quick page sets" where it says "insert photo here"? Does that make sense?
Thanks in advance, PS gurus :)

Re: Photoshop assistance
I first open up the size I want to work with...say, 5x7. Then I open up the item I downloaded, use the lasso to select the whole thing and drag it over to the 5x7 page. Then I stretch it out to fit on the page.
