I would say anytime between 10 am-4 p.m. (although 4 pm to me is late)
I like an 11-11:30 am start time

I usually start them at 11AM. If you have church people, they may come late though....found that out the hard way

My baby shower was a brunch and the guests arrived 11:30AM and I arrived at noon.

i would prob do an 11am start for guests; have whoever your throwing it for come at 11:30 and serve brunch at noon.
