back pain
Has anyone experienced lower back pain early on. THe past week I have been getting a pain in my back - I am only 14 weeks though
If anyone has some simple exercise to ease it that would be great

I take a prenatal yoga class and it really helps with my backaches! There are also prenatal yoga dvds if you dont want to take a class. I have the Shiva Rae one.

Watch your posture!
As you go further in your pregnancy, your lower back curve will increase (your butt sticks out).
So make sure to what how your "bottom" does not stick out.
