I ate wayyyy too many
salt and vinegar potato chips.
I avoid chips as much as possible but this baby wants salty crunchy things. Now I feel like pooa nd my mouth feels raw. Why did I do that?

 I did that once during the pregnancy with Sour Patch Kids. the worst heart burn of my life!

Drink LOTS of water to rehydrate your poor mouth. Stick with the cliche pickles instead!
